Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a National organization with offices in Scripps Ranch. This role is essential for identifying and bringing in top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.

Location: Scripps Ranch, full time onsite

Duration: Permanent opportunity, looking for someone to grow with our team!

Pay: $80k - $90K depending on experience and Education

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Generate job postings and manage multiple posts/sites efficiently.
  • Review applicants, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to leadership and hiring managers.
  • Make offers to candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Conduct onboarding and new hire training to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Process background checks, DMV checks, review results, and rescind offers if necessary while documenting properly.
  • Support the Director of HR with various projects and engagement programs as needed.
  • Participate in recruiting events and in-person sponsored programs to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocol for onboarding and complete new hire packets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
  • SHRM certification or HRCI preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sage HRMS, iCIMS ideal
